English Pastor - Edmonton Chinese Baptist Church
We are seeking a loving, God-fearing minister with a passion to work with our young English congregation. He must be willing to live out a commitment to ECBC’s mission and vision: “To share God's love and help you fulfill Christ's purpose for your life.” He must embrace and affirm the Statement of Faith of ECBC and the CCSB. He must have earned at least a Bachelor’s Degree, with an intent to earn a theological Master’s Degree.

The ideal candidate will be gifted in faith, leadership, wisdom, evangelism, and encouragement. He will have at least 3 years experience with discipleship, outreach and relationship-building amongst youth and young adults. This can be in either a volunteer/part time capacity, or (ideally) as a full-time pastoral staff member. He will work collaboratively and creatively with established and emerging leaders to envision, plan, promote, lead and grow a dynamic, team-based, outreach-oriented youth and young adult ministry.

Our new English pastor must be a bright, fun-loving man of integrity, with a good sense of humor. An interest in sports and recreation is a definite plus.
